0

(INDIO) – For the fourth year, players and coaches of the perennial champion SoCal Coyotes non-profit sports leadership organization returned to Indio Middle School for College & Career Day.

Linebacker Jordan Warford, running back Timothy Mack and defensive end Jake Sheffield joined head coach J David Miller for a day’s worth of prepping young learners on the impact of choices, grades, study habits and friends on their looming collegiate futures.

The Coyotes engaged students on the following topics –

-Begin with the end in mind;
-You can’t shortcut the process;
-There is power in your passion;
-Find what you love – and attack your dream, one bite at a time.

THE SOCAL COYOTES non-profit sports leadership organization reaches far from the actual gridiron, and touches more than 30,000 Coachella Valley youth each year. Learn more at www.facebook.com/thesocalcoyotes.
