Coyote Spotlight SOCAL COYOTES, INDIO MAYOR GLENN MILLER INSPIRE ‘THE BRIDGE’ CALVARY CHAPEL Posted on August 16, 2016 0 Share on Facebook Share on Twitter Share on Google+ Share on Reddit Share on Pinterest Share on Linkedin Share on Tumblr (CATHEDRAL CITY) — Sunday church was never so much fun – at least that’s what parishioners at The Bridge Calvary Chapel were posting on social media after a dynamic team of SoCal Coyotes shared gripping personal stories of faith, hope and redemption to three packed services recently. After introductions from Senior Pastor Chuck Wooley, Honorable Indio Mayor Glenn Miller kicked off morning services at 8, 9:30 and 11:15 with a call to communities to unite, not divide. The impassioned Mayor called upon community builders to be the difference in the lives of others, and noted the four-time champion Coyotes, who are partners with the City of Indio, for their outreach and volunteer efforts throughout Coachella Valley schools and civic organizations. Coyote captains LB Gary Young (Bemidji State) and DE Jake Sheffield (Arizona State) were joined by QB Jacob Russell (Campbellsville), Chad Ward Jr. (Bryant University), RB Dylan Peebles (Cortland State), and WR Jarrod Harrington (Campbellsville). Coyotes Athletic Director Sean Tully and SVP Ron DiGrandi joined Hall of Fame head coach J David Miller in attendance. If you would like the Coyotes to speak at your church, school or organization, contact Ron DiGrandi, SVP & Community Outreach Director at 760.285.7073, or email [email protected]. – Scott Alvarez, Quality Control & Video Director
