(PALM DESERT) — The SoCal Coyotes will return to their familiar Tuesday afternoon “Paw Patrol’ time slot on CBS Sports Radio Team 1010 KXPS, thanks to celebrity host Julie Buehler and co-host Geoff Bloom — who have invited the two-time champions back for their fourth season on their prime-time show. ‘Buehler’s Day Off’ is the Coachella Valley’s most popular daily sports radio talk show, heard each afternoon from 3 to 6 p.m. ‘Paw Patrol’ is a weekly 15-minute segment each Tuesday, featuring the Coyotes hottest news, star player performances, current events and coaching analysis. The Coyotes slide back into the 3:15 p.m. rotation each Tuesday on Team 1010 (www.team1010.com), where Buehler has been an avid supporter of the non-profit sports leadership organization. KXPS also hosts the ‘Howl & Prowl Coach’s Show,’ each Wednesday from 6-7 p.m., in addition to the SoCal Coyotes live game broadcasts. ‘Jules’ is an award-winning radio host, writer and TV sports correspondent. She has covered the NBA Finals, multiple Super Bowls, NFL Drafts and Hall of Fame inductions, as well countless high school games, which she places among her ‘favorite’ efforts. Buehler is the first woman in California broadcasting history to fly solo in prime time sports talk radio. She tripled KXPS market share and ratings with a fresh, lively show that corralled some of sport’s biggest names –Marshall Faulk, Johnny Bench, Kobe Bryant, Metta World Peace, Joe Torre, Deion Sanders, Shannon Sharpe, Sterling Sharpe, Mark Bellhorn, Derek Jeter, and many more. Buehler was the national sports columnist for Tree.com, and freelances for The Daily, CrossFit Journal, and newspapers across the country. Her regular beats include the Los Angeles Lakers and Clippers, San Diego Chargers, Oakland Raiders, Los Angeles Dodgers and Angels. THE COYOTES ARE PREPARING for their first season in the Professional Spring American Football League, with a roster of stunning blue-chip Division-1 talent and depth at every position. The “Pride of the Desert” Coyotes open their season against Los Angeles in May. The PSAFL, a showcase for pro talent, is playing an intense four-game season, culminating with an East-West championship in St. Petersburg.
