PACK ATTACKS DFI, SOCAL COYOTES ANNOUNCE 2018 PARTNERSHIP Posted on February 12, 2018 0 Share on Facebook Share on Twitter Share on Google+ Share on Reddit Share on Pinterest Share on Linkedin Share on Tumblr (INDIO) – The five-time champion SoCal Coyotes announced today they have partnered with Developmental Football International LLC (DFI) in the launch of a scalable franchise platform designed to produce ‘game-ready players’ and ‘life-ready men.’ The Coyotes, America’s #1 Developmental Football Program™, will play an eight-game schedule this fall in a four-team conference. DFI executives are relying on the Coyote brand to position itself as a turn-key developmental football opportunity, according to Commissioner Joel Williams. DFI’s website (developmentalfootball.com) bills itself as the first premier American developmental football organization engineered to cultivate the annual flow of 16,000 Division I, II, and III prospects, who must thread an NFL or CFL needle of opportunity that combined only turn over roughly 250 jobs each year. The vertical move reflects the non-profit Coyotes uncompromising standards and relentless push toward a business model that mirrors that of pro soccer’s USL developmental initiatives. “Our mission since 2012 is to change the culture of developmental football,” said Coyotes head coach J David Miller. “DFI is a full-throated response to those who seek a national, American football developmental model that builds champions, builds men.” The Coyotes are the Xerox of developmental football, with a reputation, acumen, branding and national footprint that has no peers. The Coyotes advance more players than any team in the nation, have thousands more followers (20,000) than their nearest competitors, and command respect among industry circles in the NFL, CFL and Arena leagues. ‘Above the Line’ leadership development is a Chief Cornerstone of DFI, where becoming a “Game-Ready Player’ also requires a ‘Life-Ready Man.’ DFI teams all share the same contracts and policies, including those for Code of Conduct and Social Media. The league plays by NFL rules, with NFL-style uniforms, and teaching from veteran NFL coaches and players. The Coyotes own award-winning leadership curriculum, camps, clinics and symposiums affect more than 30,000 youth each year. Tireless civic champions, the Coyotes non-profit organization supports dozens of local causes, with particular emphasis on at-risk, unprivileged, minority and displaced youth. The Coyotes are 80-13 lifetime, and currently riding a 27-game win streak that dates back to 2015. The streak includes wins over 11 previously unbeaten teams, five league champions, and four Top 10 nationally ranked teams. The Coyotes average margin of victory during this span is 49 points. -SVP Ron DiGrandi (firstname.lastname@example.org) ABOUT THE SOCAL COYOTES The SoCal Coyotes are the national standard of American developmental football.
